Experience: Fresher Eligibility: Year of Graduation – 2027 with a minimum aggregate of 70% in class 10th and 12th and an aggregate of 7 CGPA in UG. Role & responsibilities: • Work with your team to solve complex problems. Use �irst principle thinking, coupled with basics of math and technology to arrive at a robust solution design, while collaborating with the others in the team • Support projects in areas ranging from core data engineering, design architecture, cloud capabilities to mathematical model building, evaluation, and operational support • Focus on high quality delivery and client relationships Mu Sigma Confidential • Collaborate with peers across the organization and solve customer problems • Share ideas: We have an open work culture, and we encourage sharing of ideas and participating in discussions with team members. In short, a day would involve delivery – be it brainstorming on a project, QC-ing codes on Python/R/SAS or whatever technology it takes, preparing a deck for delivering insights and growth, collaborating with the India Leadership to come up with new ideas and solution design, and driving client conversations centered around deliverables and opportunities. Skills & Competencies: • Strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought to identify and solve business problems • Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, de�ine problems accurately while paying attention to detail in the solution • Experience in Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL, SAS/R will be bene�icial • Ability to manage and multi-task under tight deadlines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Preferable Qualities • Ready to take ownership of multiple applications • Open to learning and taking on ownership on new opportunities Quali�ication • Engineering (BTech/BE)- CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, EIE, ETE, Industrial & System Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science and Business Systems, Electronic Communication & Instrumentation Engineering, Aerospace Engineering & Aircraft Engineering, and OTHER
